Our Team

Tara Todd graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Sports Marketing and a minor in Kinesiology. As the company has grown and evolved, so has her role. She currently serves as Director of Business Development, where she focuses on fostering meaningful relationships, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and helping the organization continue to thrive.

A proud parent of three almost-grown children, Tara is deeply family-oriented and enjoys staying active and sharing new adventures together. She is also committed to her community, volunteering with various organizations and coordinating events. For 14 years, she has served as a track coach, mentoring young athletes and encouraging their development both on and off the track. Tara looks forward to the continued growth of the company and the opportunities ahead.
